I have to admit, I’m still in shock about all that is going on right now. These are strange, uncertain and unnerving times, but I’m trying to stay positive that we will all get through this together soon (at least sooner than later). While unprecedented, it’s moments like these that we are reminded of what’s really important — the people and communities we love and keeping them safe. If you are self-isolating at home like I am, and I’m assuming you are, then you may be looking for ways to eat and drink well at home while still supporting local businesses.
If you’re in Santa Barbara (or even if you’re not but want to stock up on Santa Barbara wine), I’ve compiled a list of wineries throughout the area offering special deals, like free shipping and discounts. I’ve also listed several local restaurants offering take-out and delivery. Of course, there are plenty more businesses worthy of your support — I simply can’t list them all — but I’m hoping this list is helpful. If we’re all going to be quarantined, let’s be grateful for the people out there still producing great food and wine for us to enjoy in the comforts of our own home.
Wineries
Alma Rosa
The tasting room is open from 12 – 5:30 pm daily for bottle sales and wine club pick-ups. They are offering special deals daily on select wine.
Andrew Murray Vineyards

Au Bon Climat
Au Bon Climat is open from 12 – 2pm for wine purchases and available by phone from 12 – 6pm. They’re offering free home delivery between Goleta and Carpinteria on case purchases, plus one-cent shipping with GSO and $20 flat rate shipping elsewhere.
Bien Nacido & Solomon Hills
The tasting room is open daily from 1 – 5pm for wine purchases and pick-ups. They’re offering 30% off for members, 20% off for non-members, plus one-cent shipping for all phone and online orders. Free delivery in Santa Barbara and the Santa Ynez Valley!
Brave & Maiden
